NUT ALLERGY WARNING: Since we are a teeny tiny bake shop that bakes with nuts, we cannot guarantee that our products are safe for those who have nut allergies. This is also because we use products (chocolate chips, graham crackers, etc.) that may be produced in a facility that also processes nuts etc.  We also use almond extract in some of our fruit pies.

NOTE: We are a very small, growing pie shop and everything is made by hand in small batches. We do not offer every pie on our menu at once. We usually offer about 10-15 flavors a day and we may sell out of pie early depending on the day. Please call ahead to special order and be sure that we will have the pie you’re looking for.

Meringue Pies*: Due to being a small shop with just two bakers, we may have to cut off our meringue pie orders for the day once we reach our maximum limit of meringue pie orders.

Quiches:

All of our quiches are baked fresh daily. They reheat wonderfully in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. The crust gets flaky and it takes like you JUST made it! Great for entertaining or an easy breakfast. Warning: You can't have just one slice! *Quiche flavors vary by week
